Yes, wear appropriate clothing, bring an umbrella.

We are smallholders, bring wellies or wear walking shoes, trainers, flip flops or sandals are not suitable.

Yes, more on some courses than on others so please read course details.  If you would prefer not to get involved just let us know, it is not for everyone.

Indoor courses –  we will be socially distancing and limiting numbers appropriately.  Outdoor courses – we will not shake hands as we normally would and will keep our distance, we ask that you do the same for fellow attendees.  Please bring a mask which you can wear if you wish.  We will provide hand sanitiser in all areas.

We do encourage participation on most of our courses, some are specifically to get you involved and your hands dirty!!!

Please get in touch with us before booking.  We do not normally take children under 14 but if we have families wanting to come we will dedicate a course to them.  Pricing may therefore be effected.

We have a yurt available for hire suitable for singles or couples, with an outdoor kitchen, shower and compost toilet.  We have an area for campers but there are no toilet or electrical facilities. We also have local gites and chambre d’hôtes that we could recommend to you.  Please contact us before booking.

Both sites have plenty of off road parking.

Unfortunately it is not possible to bring dogs onto our small holdings.  This is part of our biosecurity and ensures that our animals are not spooked.  We do have dogs of our own that our animals are used to so please inform us, prior to booking, if you cannot have contact with dogs.
